If there is anything we as women would always say that we need more of, it is TIME. We often feel that there is never enough time to do it all or fit it all in. We bear a lot of responsibility– whether we are busy building our careers, being caregivers for members of our family, or, like most women, some of both– there is always a difficult tension in trying to balance it all.
One way in which we are all equal is that we are all given the exact number of hours in our day. How we use our time will directly impact how effective we are in executing our plans and accomplishing our goals. Prioritizing is key– knowing when to say yes, and when to say no. Knowing what limits to set, what needs to be postponed, and creating time-saving routines, can all help to create order, rhythm, and peace in our busy lives.
